Girls Volleyball
Welcome to Glen A Wilson's Girls Volleyball Program! Our mission is to promote positive attitudes, provide athletes with opportunities to develop physically and mentally, and to teach individual and team volleyball skills through training and competition. Our training and teaching extends beyond the gym as we strive to help young athletes develop “life skills.” We do this by teaching them to set difficult but achievable goals, and the value of working hard. Hard work is the foundation for our training as it is vital to the development of self-confidence, courage and self-esteem. At daily practices, we ask athletes to respect each other, do their personal best, and finish strong.
We believe in winning and having an enjoyable experience but these are recognized as by-products of the immediate goal of hard work. We focus on creating an environment where hard work, fun, and winning can take place. These three concepts form the foundation for player growth and success. We hope to see you at our games cheering on our Wildcats throughout the season!

Athletic Online Clearance
Dear Parents,
Each athlete needs to complete a series of steps to make sure they are eligible to compete at Glen A. Wilson High School. We now have a convenient and efficient process to clear your athlete online. This will save you time and electronically store your information to be used yearly for your athlete and for multiple sports. It is very important that you have completed the school's online clearance process at www.athleticclearance.com/ prior to your first day of athletic participation. Every athlete needs to have a current Physical examination before they can train or compete with the team. This examination will need to be renewed each year to retain a current status and eligibility.
In addition to our Clearance process, each athlete needs to continue in good academic standing in order to remain eligible. Basically each student needs to maintain a 2.0 GPA and pass four classes. We are committed to helping your student reach their full academic potential during the competitive season and throughout the entire school year.
