Please click on the Sport to the right for registration information for our high school summer camps.

For all High School summer camps, student must complete the Clearance process.  Follow the steps on this page:  Athletic Clearance.

Get started with Online Athletic Clearance 

Please upload the Physical & Insurance form to the Athletic Clearance website.

Please Print and upload Covid Guidelines and Covid Protocol forms.  These must be signed and uploaded to athleticclearance.com. 

(Youth camps do not need to complete on-line Athletic Clearance)
