Region 3 Competition Results

Wilson HS competed for the first time in the SkillsUSA Region 3 Conference, made up of schools from Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Competitions took place virtually this year on Saturdays in January and February. Results were announced on Saturday, Feb 27th.

20 Second Elevator Story - Mikaela Alegre - 2nd Place

Electronics Technology - Nicky Clark - 4th Place, Benjamin Xie - 5th Place

Job Interview - Melissa Wadley - 6th Place

Photography - Jessica Cruz - 2nd Place

Principles of Engineering/Technology - Jiachen (Jake) Xie - 1st Place

Technical Drafting - Ashley Le - 6th Place

All students are advancing to the 54th State Leadership & Skills Conference which will take place virtually April 9th-19th, 2021. Congratulations and Good Luck!
