David Purcey

 

 

As an alumni (Class of “89”), it is an honor and privilege to be back home at Wilson serving the students, families, and community as an Assistant Principal.  This year, I will oversee Instruction which includes athletics, curriculum & instruction, master scheduling, facilities, AP/IB and CAASPP testing.  I have served in the District for 24 years as a middle school teacher, middle school and high school coach, ASB advisor, AVID coordinator, middle school assistant principal, K-8 principal, high school assistant principal, and AVID District Director. In my free time I enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with my wife and two sons.
